1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email:
Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
2. Conditions for Returns
A return is possible if:
- The products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The return is complete and securely packaged.
- The 30-day period has not been exceeded.
Note: Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
We recommend insured shipping as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive:
- A confirmation by email
- The refund via the original payment method
Processing time: 3–7 business days
The shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded (except for faulty or damaged products).
5. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
Please send us:
- Photo/video of the damage
- Order number
- Description of the problem
We will replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are excluded from exchange or return:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Vouchers or digital products
7. Return Address
Please send returns only to the address provided by us via email after our confirmation.
